Water Filtration

A lot of the fear mongering about the CDT focuses on water sources. For the most part they are fine, but a combination of the drought in New Mexico and wanting to shorten long carries when possible means we’ve filtered from a few less than spectacular sources. A combination of a bandana prefilter, Sawyer squeeze and Aquamira for chemical treatment yields pretty decent water though.
