Solar well

Cattle can only graze here due to solar and wind powered water wells. Fortunately, this makes the desert a lot more manageable for hikers too. The Continetal Divide Trail Coalition and several trail angels maintain water caches which provide most of our water, but we still hit a couple cattle sources.
